Our 14-day return policy ensures you have ample time to reflect on your purchase, offering peace of mind in your decision. Should you find yourself not entirely pleased with your acquisition, you can return or exchange the item to Rellora within 14 days of receipt. We place a high value on our customer satisfaction and endeavor to address any concerns. For custom-made items, a restocking fee of 20-30% may apply, with specifics provided after purchase. "Made to order items" refer to any product modified from its original specifications, including color, size, or length adjustments. Should you have any additional concerns or inquiries, please reach out to our team. We are grateful for your ongoing support.

 

Return Policy Guidelines:

 

Initiating a return requires contacting our returns department for a confirmation and approval.

Unconfirmed returns sent to Rellora will be denied at reception.

Jewelry must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, whereas watches have a 5-day return window.

Returned items undergo a quality inspection. Products showing signs of wear, alteration, engraving, or any form of damage cannot be returned.

Custom orders are final and cannot be refunded, with all details confirmed before production to ensure customer satisfaction.

Engraved items are non-refundable.

Items on layaway, hold, deposit, etc., are considered custom and non-refundable.

Returns without the original tag are only acceptable for items with manufacturing defects.

All CZ & CVD merchandise, being made to order, is non-refundable.

Ring sizes outside the range of 7 to 10 are non-refundable.

All 18K Gold products, being custom orders, are non-refundable.

Chains shorter than 18 inches or longer than 24 inches are non-refundable.

Bracelets shorter than 7 inches or longer than 8 inches are non-refundable.

Orders with altered original gold color are non-refundable.

For eligibility inquiries, please contact us at 888-243-4344. Ensure your information is clearly written on the package before dispatch. Packages lacking readable exterior information will be rejected.

Ship and Insure Your Package:

 

For items under $500:

 

Ship via any carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS), ensuring delivery confirmation and retaining the tracking number.

For items over $500:

 

Use only USPS Registered Mail, insured for the item's full value. Ensure delivery confirmation and keep the tracking number. USPS is the only service insuring jewelry valued over $500.
